For only $99, purchase a professional installation of 1 Lock+. A $180 value.

We’ve partnered with the professionals at OnTech who will come prepared to install your new Level smart lock so you’re ready to lean into the convenience a smart lock brings, without lifting a finger.

OnTech’s experts will:

• remove your current door lock
• install your new Level smart lock and any qualifying accessories, and
• pair and set up your lock within the Level App

Some things to note:

• Confirm your door(s) are compatible with a Level smart lock. Failed appointments due to incompatible locks or doors, the product not being available during installation, or location inaccessibility are not eligible for a refund of your $99 installation payment.
• You will need to be home during the installation for the OnTech technician to access your door. To ensure the Level app is set up, they will also need access to your cell phone.
• Your promotion code is unique to your purchase and is limited to the installation of one Lock+. If you purchase additional locks or other Level products, additional fees may apply.
• Installation of multiple smart locks or products within the same appointment must be completed at the same physical address.
• Any missed appointments or cancellations less than 4 hours ahead of a scheduled installation are not eligible for a refund of your $99 installation payment.
• If your door requires modifications significantly beyond standard adjustments, your OnTech technician may determine that additional fees are necessary to complete the installation.
• Installation appointments must be claimed within 6 months of your Level Lock+ purchase. The promotion code will expire after this period.
